D20 import

One of the big issues I am having is with the import to D20 PRO. I need to import my group of 6 but its getting this:

Unable to import from C:\\Herolab\Porfolios\amon.xml
bad signature.

Is there a step by step process on exporting from Hero lab and importing to D20 pro?

When integrating with d20Pro, you do *not* use the standard HL saved portfolio. Instead, you must output a special file that contains the info specifically needed by d20Pro.

On the File menu, look for the Output Extensions option. Within that submenu, you should see an option named d20Pro Output.

You'll find this documented within the d20 User Manual, which can be accessed via a number of methods from within HL.
 
I figured it out. I'm using 4th edition and d20 pro doesn't have a 4th edition extension from hero lab yet.
