D&D 5e starter set?

has anyone added the starter set? and if so could it be shared?

I'd like a starting point to add my own content.

I assume the starter set can be added to HL under the existing license.
 
If you look around someone said they were working on it, but would not post it until Wizards either gave permission or created a license. Neither has been done as far as I know.
