D&D 3.5e - darkleaf armor

When I go to the "New Magic, Custom or Masterwork Armor" section I don't see darkleaf armor listed as an option. It pops up in the regular armor section, but if I pick it I don't see any way to add enhancements to it, like I can do in the "Magic, Custom & Masterwork Armor" section. Is there some way I can do this without going into the Edit function?
