Customize for Non-Standard races

On the background tab when you had chosen a non-standard race (like Minotaur) there used to be a checkbox for "Customize" that would zero out any spent skill points or feats.

That seems to have disappeared. Is there a way to still use this functionality or is it gone forever?
 
Customize only appears for NPCs, make sure you have the character type set to that, instead of PC.
 
Cool that fixed it.

I can just switch it to NPC to remove the skills and feats and then toggle it back to PC.
