Custom weapon

Trying to make a custom double weapon with the finesse quality to fit in the Rogue UC's ability: Finesse training, but no matter what i do I can't seem to get the custom item to appear in the drop down list for finesse training. The item appears to be completely functional in the weapons tab.

not sure what i'm messing up here.
 
We'll need more information about what you did and didn't check in the editor, in order to figure out what's wrong.
 
I uploaded the file for the custom weapon creation if that's ok. I'm not exactly the most articulate person when it comes to these kinds of things so I figured it best to see if you could look for yourself, if you don't mind.
