Custom Stats?

Maybe I'm not seeing it, but how do I enter custom stats?

I'm not seeing an option for it. It continues to force me to use the "fast creation" stats (15,14,13,12,10,8). If I manually edit the stat block, it forces it back to the fast gen array.
 
On the Configure Hero window, there's a drop list under the Hero/NPC toggle - there's Standard Arraw, Point Buy (27 points) and Roll/Pick. Select the one you want, and it'll work.
