I'd like to create a GM's character sheet for groups of NPCs.

Is custom output activated for Shadowrun?

If not is there an ETA?

If so, are there any instructions available on how to do it?

Custom output is enabled for Shadowrun. You can find information about it in the Help menu; just select "Hero Lab User Manual". There's a section in the listing for "Custom Output".
