Curious problem with my character sheet in Hero labs

Any ideas what would cause a Pathfinder character in Hero labs to show up as having mistakes when it is loaded up on someone else's pc but when I try it myself it says there are no mistakes ?

maybe a settings issue somewhere either end if so what is worth checking ?
 
Are you using the same data sets? Do you have things turned off in one and on in the other for the "default" settings?

Do you have custom made user files, I know I have one for extra equipment slots so it pukes when I loaded it on my laptop.
