Cult Termie Retinue

Hi Colin,

One more hair splitting issue for your enjoyment...

When a chaos lord is given a retinue of cult terminators the 'count
as troops' box is still there. Of course, a retinue can't ever be
counted as troops. I suspect that the box doesn't really do anything
in this case anyway.
