Critical Information not in data files:Source...

I get a list of "Critical Information not in data files: Source..." errors on 3 sources and they are duplicated twice on the list. Does not seem to affect the characters.
I did find I can go to Portfolio > Strip Missing Sources but would like to figure out why. I transfer this file between my Mac and PC often and would like a more permanent solution. Thoughts?

Critical information not found in data files: Source 'Pathfinder Campaign Setting Languages v2'
Critical information not found in data files: Source 'Crypt of the Everflame'
Critical information not found in data files: Source 'Adventurers Armory'

Did you create the portfolio on one of those computers? Or is it a portfolio that someone else made, and sent to you? Because that error could crop up if the copy of HL that made the portfolio had that content but you don't.

I had made the file on one of these computers. I may try to regenerate the portfolio again from scratch. Is there no way to remove those items from the portfolio?

If you've stripped the sources, but it keeps coming back, that means you haven't solved the underlying problem - there's still different content on your two computers.

If one of them is movable, I'd recommend opening them next to each other, create a new character on each, and go line-by-line through the configure hero settings, looking for differences.
