Creating elders

I would like to use Hero Lab to create elders but I think the experience use is very tedious. Is there a way to manipulate atributtes, skills and disciplines without adding experience and clicking on that tedious table? The table works wells for players character but not when I want to create advanced characters.
 
Yep!

Open up the "Configure Your Character" screen (Ctrl + K, or opens by default when you load up the WoD module)

Change "Type" from "Standard Starting" to "NPC (Unrestricted)"

That option basically allows you to directly manipulate everything without using the spend XP option.
