Creating armor for an Allosaurus

I've been trying and unable to setup light armor for an Allosaurus animal companion, using the "New Magic, Custom or Masterwork armor of size ______" tool." Despite setting the size to Huge, each armor I create seems to come out sized for Medium. Likewise, it flags the armor with the message "You can't use this piece of armor because it is the wrong size for you."

Could anyone share insight on what either myself or the program is doing wrong? missing some rule?
 
Um unless you have some magic cast on the creature a Allosaurus AC never gets to be sized huge. It goes to size large at level 7.

So based on the above picture my take is that your putting size Huge armor on a size large creature and everything HL is telling you is correct. Try size large armor instead. ;)
