I want to create a whole new game system not just edit files for one
already created. Even reading the tutorials included I am not clear
on how to do this. I have AB creator installed but so far i can only
view files for games like 40k. Am I missing something? can anyone
give me tips?

The first thing you need to do is create a *definition file* for that game.
Most people do this by taking the definition file for a game they know,
copying it, and making the necessary changes. You can read about definition
files in the construction kit documentation. Once you have one, you can
then create data files for the game using ABCreator.

Hope this helps,
