crafted items in wealth summary

I've noticed that there's now a reference in the wealth summary tooltip to items that have been crafted by the character and thus only count the crafted cost against suggested wealth.

How can I mark items on a character / create items on a character that are flagged in this way?
 
There is currently an Other adjustment which lets you select an item to be considered crafted (called Equipment Crafted). I'd like to integrate things more closely so that you can make something crafted while you buy it (and thus purchase it at reduced price), but that will require some other changes to how purchasing works. In the meantime, adjustments all the way.
 
I really appreciate this adjustment, although as my character is a Scrollmaster I did have to enter it 24 times. :D
