Was wondering if anybody had either a relatively simple way of adding "counts as" to a feat for meeting pre-reqs for other things.. for example, Expeditious Dodge counts as Dodge for the purpose of meeting the pre-reqs for other feats, is there a way of adding this into feats, or is it something on the horizon in a future release?

That would be a nice extension to the ruleset. I couldn't figure a way to do it when I implemented Expeditious Dodge (and other such feats).
