Construct Modifications

I feel kind of silly asking this, but where are the construct modifications from Ultimate Magic selected in HL? I cannot seem to find them. :(
 
They are Racial Custom Abilities, so they appear on the background tab when you've chosen the Animated Object races or whichever other races they apply to.
