Configure Your Hero Option

If I activate an option within the Configure Your Hero how can I determine what changed in hero lab? Lets say I activate the Pathfinder Adventure Path - Serpent's Skull? What does that give me in Hero Lab? Is there a reference for these? Right now I have a ton of checkbox options and don't know what a lot of them will do.
 
In most cases you have to look around. The contents are not listed anywhere that I can tell.

However, there is a nice feature built in to the program. When you are selecting something, such as a race, class, archetype, skill, trait, or feat you can type in something. In this case, type "Serpent's Skull" in Traits and it will have some show up. I tried it in that case, but it might show up in other areas as well.
