Conditional Modifiers when printed-out

I'm loving the Pathfinder data file -- great work! One area that can be improved, however, are "conditional modifiers" and how they are represented on the printed-out character sheet. For example, if I have the "Killer" trait which allows me to add my crit multiplier as bonus damage to the final damage total, it would be nice if HeroLab informed me of this in the weapon section of the character sheet. For example:

Greataxe
Both Hands: +4, 1d12+4 Crit: 20/x3*
2-Hand, S
*Killer: Add +3 to final total on a successful critical hit.

Another example: Point-Blank Shot feat. As above an asterisk/superscript indicator should be noted next to range:

Masterwork Longbow, Composite (Str +2)
Both Hands: +4, 1d8+2 Crit: 20/x3
Rng: 110'*
2-Hand, P
*Point-Blank Shot: +1/+1 up to 30'.

Another example: a Rogue with Masterwork thieves' tools which gives an additional +2 bonus to Disable Device checks or the Rogue Trapfinding ability which conditionally adds 1/2 their level (minimum +1) to Perception and Disable Device checks when searching or disarming traps. For the mwk thieves' tools I think it should always just factor in the additional +2 since it should always apply, but for the Trapfinding ability it's conditional to trap-specific activities. In this case there should be an asterisk or superscript indicator next to the skill total with a footnote below the skill denoting the conditional effect.

Another example: Courageous trait which conditionally adds a +2 for fear checks (which would be a Will-based check). I would like to have some sort of footnote indicator by Will which indicates this.

Final example: certain feats like Power Attack or Cleave (conditional depending on whether or not the feat is used). I know in this case HeroLab will factor it in if you use the In-Play tab and select the feat as an "Activated Ability", but the information is hard to discern when printed-out (i.e. conditional effect notes located near the things they modify...)

Thanks for the suggestions. Eventually I'll have the time to incorporate modifer history tracking into the Pathfinder files (it would show you that your attack bonus for this greataxe was +1 from your fighter levels, +1 for weapons focus, and +2 for strength, or something like that). At that point, I'll be able to better include/track conditional modifiers, and I'll keep your suggestions in mind.

OK -- thanks! In the meantime, is there anyway that I can manually add information to the character sheet? I guess I could render it as PDF and then manually fix-up the character sheet in a PDF editor but I'd rather have that information in HeroLab itself...

User-customizable character sheets are also something that's on our to-do list, but I'm sorry to say it can't currently be done.
