From the announcements thread:

On Tuesday morning (2/19) at 10 AM Pacific time we're planning to take the account/sales server down to perform some maintenance. During the maintenance, new logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable, but your service will be unaffected if you are already logged in. We expect the account server downtime to last up to 20 minutes.​
