From the announcements thread:

On Friday morning (July 12th) at 10 AM Pacific time we're planning to take our account/sales server offline for some maintenance for about 10-15 minutes. New logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable during this time, but your service should be unaffected if you are already logged in.​
