From the Announcement Thread:

We're planning to take Hero Lab Online, Realm Works, and our account login/sales server down Wednesday morning (12/5) at 10am Pacific time, in order to roll out an update to Hero Lab Online and also perform some maintenance. During the maintenance, access to both Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable. We expect downtime to last up to 1 hour.​
