Compile Errors in HL Editor

I opened my customization file today and when i attempted to save and compile my changes i received the following error message:

To my knowledge I am not using any of these resources, nor have I added any of these elements to any items i am creating.

My customization file is essentially broken now. Does anybody know how to get around this issue?
 
Sometimes I get a long list of errors like this. I usually just close the program and re-open and it's working again. I don't have an explanation as to what's happening though.
