Combat adjustments underwater

Should really be added as a condition, and not an adjustment. (Not that it can't be included in the adjustment addon).

Yes and it will be "condition". Its just a tag on the adjustment to tell HL where to display. So you are correct that it will be a "condition" I just call them all Adjustments no matter wher it displays. :)
