Instead of (or in addition to) having the CMB/CMD listed by itself, can we have them listed with individual weapons? Weapons can be used with (some) Combat Maneuvers, and you add bonuses specific to the weapon (enhancement, the +2 for a weapon with the Disarm keyword, etc.), and you use Dex for some weapons when you have the Weapon Finesse feat... Yeah. It would be nice.
 
My adjustment addon does what your asking actually. Its a bit manual as after you select the weapon you also set the additional "bonus" value. But at least it will show next to your weapon.

So in example lets say you have a Flail and the Improved Disarm feat on a level 1 fighter with 10 Str. You could add the "Weapon Disarm: CMB" select the Flail and set the value to +2 to account for the Flail bonus. This is what you would see:
