Anyone know how to create a Cloak of Protection within the tool?

It is not listed under Magic Items or Magic Armor and I can't find a way to create a custom magic item of a cloak.

Do I not have an option checked or something?
 
Cloak of Protection is not a standard 3.0, 3.5 or PF item. Protection is normally applied to rings and you will find it under Ring or Protection +X. The cloak item is Cloak of Resistance +X.

You can easily make a Cloak of Protection in the editor by creating a new wondrous item. Set the cloak slot, description and using the Ring or Protection as a basis for scripts. You would need to set the cost higher as there is a markup for placing protection (AC bonus) on a cloak now. See creating magic items for the amounts.
