Classes, Archetypes, & Containing Articles (Oh My!)

This is mainly an aesthetic question but sort of also an organization one as well. How do you guys sort/contain your classes & their archetypes in the mechanics section? So far I've thought of two different ways, shown below. (Also, again, if your third way is something along the lines of "get out of the mechanics section & go play", thank you, I know, & again that's not what I'm working on, nor am I able to do so at the moment.)

Class Folder
"Class"
"Archetypes"
"Class"

OR

Class Folder
"Class"
"Class"

Archetype Folder
Class Archetype Folder
"Archetype"

Thanks in advance

My answer to this is I dont put this information into the tool. I've played around with the idea of adding it in but ultimately this information exists and belongs in Hero Lab IMO. When ever I need to look this stuff up I'm generally already in Hero Lab and it is much more efficient to look it up in Hero Lab.

I have considered though simply because I'm on a quest to make my Realm burst so happy to hear others ideas.

You could create a shell in Hero Lab but it's still got a learning curve that's much higher than Realm Works. Assuming you are working with Home Brew content?

FWIW, I would contain Archetypes/Kits/Subclasses/etc. under their related base classes. I think having that info in RW can be very helpful even if you use Hero Lab. (RW as unified rulebook is more useful when you don't have a character creation tool, but it's still nice to have everything in one place.)
