Class, Race, Feat, etc data not showing up

Hello,

I recently updated HeroLab for 4e and now when I click on Class or Race tabs I get the attached dialogue.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I'm not sure what to do

If someone could help me figure out what to do that'd be great!
