Circle Spells Not Propagating...oh wait. What?

So I'm working on a druid Circle, looked to add the bonus spells to the list, I went to the community files and found several examples but despite setting up a Class Special ability and adding the bonus spells with the appropriate fields they just don't show up. I'm kind of at a loss, they're just bootstraps with the BonusSplAt(Level), Helper (Free), Helper (Memorized), and SpellType (cHelpDrd). tags set.

Oh very weird. I Just copied the Wildfire Spells item and swapped in the spells I wanted and it worked fine. I hate my life. Someone kill me.
