Characters, books and GenCon

Hey, I'm getting ready to GenCon and need to know what books to bring for my characters. I use Herolabs and was wondering if there is an easy way to figure out what books my characters are using so I can just print off say, three lists, one for each character, that tells me where feats, items, spells, traits etc. are so I can just refer to those documents and pull my books?
 
There is a way.. Shadowchemosh pointed it out at one point, I will search for it if I can find it, if not, hopefully someone will come in here and point it out before me. :)
 
You can go to Develop -> Prepare Portfolio for Distribution and this will remove the sources that are not needed for your character. Then you can go to the Configure Hero window and check what sources you used.
