Chaos Heirophant?

I loaded my Chaos list after saving a new TK list, and in the Chaos validation rules, it says "Exactly one character must be the heirophant."
 
I have encountered a similar problem. After creating an Ogre Kingdoms list, i open my saved Chaos roster and the validation report was: "Note enough bulls" (or something like that).
I closed AB and opened it again to bypass this bug.
Robert, I think that the validation report needs to be cleaned every time a different roster is created or loaded.
