chaning flat footed rating

A friend of mine made a character for me using hero labs. Im trying to recreated it but am having trouble with the flat-footed rating.

He has my defense as 19 (9 dodge bonus) and a 10 in flat footed. As much as i try, i can only get a 9 defense (9 dodge bonus) and a 0 in flat footed.

Here is a .pdf of my character sheet. Its the same as the one he made me, but the defense number and flat footed number is not right. How do i change the flat footed number?

It looks like you each have the Defense display on a different option (it's under Optional Rules in Configure Hero). His copy is showing Defense as a total, with the 10 base added in; while yours is showing it as a bonus without the 10 base added.
