Changeling has a lot of optional rules that can be sued, is there going to be a way to activate and deactivate these slightly varied rule-sets?

That's definitely the plan. Which optional rules are you thinking of? Things like Dual Kiths? Or something else?

Optional rules will be controlled via the Configure Character form when you first create the character. If your group always uses optional rules X and Y, you can turn those on and then saves the settings as the defaults, so those rules are always enabled when you create new characters thereafter.

Yeah, dual kiths, I know most of the optional rules aren't something you would actually encounter in a character, it's more system optional rules but for the few that do encounter a character, it makes it much easier.
