Change game system image?

Working on a custom 5e Dark Sun and I wanted to change the 5e logo on the system choice screen. I did it before a long time ago but forgot how it did it.

it's Logo.bmp in the data set folder (c:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\data\<game system>. Don't know if there's a way to tell it to use a different filename, I haven't looked.

I was asking because I was able to do it long ago but the system has been updated and it seems that ability is going.

IIRC, not only does it have to be a .bmp, it must also be exactly the right size and resolution.

You can do this easily in Photoshop or one of the knockoff versions you can get for free. You can also do it in MS Paint. I've done this many times for various systems I've created. It's not difficult. Open the logo file in your paint editor to find the pixel resolution for the default image, then get the logo you want to use and fit it to the same pixel resolution. Personally I'd work in photoshop so you can experiment with layers and modify the logo so it looks good when you use the finished bitmap in hero lab.
