cha bonus to attack roll

have a GM that wants to give out a weapon that allows the user to use their int; wis; or cha bonus to the attack roll. I'm look for how to do this with a script or some how any sugestions.
 
Are you adding this to one of the packaged game systems, like Pathfinder or d20? If so, which one? I'll move this thread into the correct forum.

If this is Pathfinder, can you think of anything that's already doing something similar?

Answer: the guided weapon power - take a look at how that works.

The authoring kit is used to create entire game systems from scratch, not to modify existing game systems.
