CD isn't working

Alright, having a little problem.

My army builder 2.x cd is not working on one paticular computer. All other CDs work, only army builders cd cannot be recognized at all. Even explorer cannot read the CD.

A different computer (laptop) has no problem reading and using the CD.

Can anyone help?

It sounds like a finnicky CD drive combined with a CD with a few
scratches, that together stop it from working. Have you tried using a
lens cleaner on the drive, to make sure it hasn't any dust on it?

Different CD drives will have different 'tolerances' for scratched
CDs, you may have just run into a bad combination. Hopefully cleaning
it will solve the problem.
