Cantrips Not Showing in Wizard Spell List

I have a bunch of spells that I've created or converted. Many of the cantrips have wizard selected as a class to which they are available, but they do not show up in the spell list when I try to add them to a spell book. This happens only with 0-level spells, and only for wizards. They show up for every other class. I've also tried adding them to the class spell list with adjustments and with the Mythic Spell List ability.

I'm attaching a file with five of these cantrips, and a portfolio that can't find them on the wizard spell list.

Edit: Or, I tried to attach those files, but the site is saying that they do not have allowed extensions and won't post them.

Post your user file and someone can try to work out what's wrong. To be clear - you created them in the Editor as 0th level Wizard spells, and they show on OTHER classes spell lists, but not on the Wizard?

Playing around a bit more, it has something to do with the Unique ID. I tried making a copy of a cantrip that does appear in the list of spells that can be added to a spellbook. I changed nothing but the ID, and the resulting spell does not make it into the list. I cannot add it to the spell list with an adjustment or Mythic Spell List. And here are the files.

They show up in the spell list for any other class I made them available to, including Sorcerer.
