Can't "New (Copy)" Inquisitor Class even though I have APG License

I need to make some tweaks to several classes to incorporate House Rules in a new Pathfinder Game. There are several classes that are 'grayed out' that I can't New (Copy) even though I have the license for the source material. Why is that?
