Can't log in the store!

Everything appears to be working fine on this end. Please provide more details about what's going wrong. Include answers to the following questions, plus any additional details that you can think of that might be helpful in figuring this out.

What steps are you using to access the store?

At what point in the above process do you encounter an error?

What is the exact error that you are experiencing?

What browser are you using and what version is it?

What security software (e.g. Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky, etc.) are you running?
 
Hi. Are you both still having issues trying to access the store? If so, please send me an e-mail.

We've had one other person report an issue that was related to IE but they were able to use Firefox.
