Cant get pdf to export. Please help!

Hi!

When I try to install the .pdf plugin from the client in order to export my character sheet as a .pdf it says something along the lines of

"Another program is using a .pdf plugin, please close it and try again""

I have gone through my task manager and closed everything non-essential to no avail.

Can anyone help?
 
Hero Lab is the other program that's in use.

Launch the installer, then close HL, tell the installer it's OK to run, and then start HL again once that's all done.

Or save the installer to your computer, close HL, and run the installer.
