Can't find training harness

I just installed and restarted etc the advanced race guide which contains the animal training harness as a new piece of equipment available to humans. It is not showing up anywhere when I try to add gear. Am I doing something wrong?
 
Please check if you have the ARG source enabled for this character. If the portfolio was created before the package was purchased, it won't be on by default.
