Can't find some spells in spell list

Hello, im trying to make a new character using pathfinder. The character is a witch and when i tried to put in spell list the Ear Piercing Scream spell i cant seem to find it anywhere.
Where can i find it ? I know that the d20 pathfinder has it on its spell list for witches!!! Thank you.
 
So my advice in these cases is to go to d20pfsrd and search for the spell. Then when you find Ear Piercing Scream look at the bottom of the page at the Copy Right 15 info. This tells you the book the Thing is from.

In this case its from Ultimate Magic. So open your Witch character and press "CTRL-K" to open the "Configure Your Hero" window and make sure that "Ultimate Magic" is checked marked. If it is greyed out you will have to purchase the package before being able to use it.
 
It's there. Have you got the dataset for Ultimate Magic and if you do do you have it checked in your character configuration?
