One of my players downloaded realm works, I bought a 5-pack realm works player accounts. I gave one key to him. When he downloads and opens te program, he has 2 options:
- Login to existing account
- Use new license to create account (something like that)
When he tries to use the second option, he always gets the error that the license server is in maintenance and he can't connect.
He can't make an account any other way, it seems, since you first need to buy a program, before you can make an account? And he got the key from me?
He says his firewall is allowing access; he tried both the 32 bit and 64 bit, same error. He has windows 7.
Any fix to this? Been a day now.
