Can’t cast correct spells

Hi guys, currently I’m experiencing a problem and I’m not sure what’s causing it, basically my sorcerer is a level 16 and when I add the level 7 and 8 spells it says I can’t because I can only cast level 6 spells.

I’ve been looking all over to find what might be causing it and even created another character to see if ty did it too(it does) any ideas as to what it could be?
 
As Screetch reminds you, to cast Level 7 spells you need a 17 Charisma. If that's not your problem, you could post a copy of the portfolio/character and we'll try to work out what's happening.

That was it, thanks I thought it was something way more complicated than attribute points. I was looking through feats and skills and such
