Cannot specify other languages [ignore - dupe]

In the background menu, I am able to select "Other Language" with the promise that "Once added, you may change the name of this language". However, this does not seem to be possible currently.
 
I thought with the amount of posts I was notching up I might hit a dupe or two !

Ah well, I was just trying to get more posts than DannyBoy, but if he keeps replying to my posts then I'll never beat him.... unless I reply to HIS posts...
