Cannot create Topics

Hi all, hope you can help.

I have come to do some work on my campaign today after installing the latest version, only to find that I can no longer create Topics.

When trying to create a sub folder the program simply does nothing. I have sent a bug report, but I have a session to run tomorrow and am panicking a little.

As the error message says, a file was missing. It's one of the index files, so Rebuilding the Index (on the Manage tab) might have fixed it. Restoring forces a rebuild.

Perhaps an overzealous virus scanner deleted the file? Maybe something got corrupted? ::shrug::
