I try to run Realm Works and it says I need to 'Download Update', but when I click the button, the web site it sends me to says

"Not Found

The requested URL /getrealmworks.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at download.wolflair.com Port 80"

So how do I update the program please?
 
It looks like they're having server problems of some kind. Some of us can get to the download server with no problems, others are getting 404s. If you have some other form of Internet access you could try using it to download the current installer, or you'll have to wait until it gets fixed.

Depending on your version of Realm Works, you might be able to skip the update for now. You may not be able to sync, but otherwise it should work fine.
 
The downloads/updates issue appears to be with our ISP. We're working to get them to resolve it.
 
The ISP borked our DNS today, so some users get through fine and others don't. The problem is supposedly fixed, but DNS takes time to propagate, so it should theoretically all be working again by the morning. Sorry for the hassle...
