Burnt Offerings - Mutated Goblin

I am trying to enter in all the NPC that I will need to run the "Rise of the Runelords" adventure path. I have found myself scratching my head to figure out how to tackle Koruvus and mutated goblin with a breath weapon.

I would like to get some suggestions on how you guys would do this.

Male mutated goblin fighter 

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Breath Weapon (Su) Once every 1d4 rounds, Koruvus can spew a 20 foot-long line of foul-smelling and acidic blood from his mouth. Any
creatures in this area take d points of acid damage (DC  Reflex
half). A creature that takes damage from the foul-smelling acid must
also make a DC  Fortitude save or be nauseated for  round. The
save DCs are Constitution-based.

Pretty much its just text except for the DC which HL can figure out. So just create this as a new Racial Special and use the "Standard DC" option with Constitution.

Then just Boostrap your new Racial Special Thing to your new Mutated Goblin race.
