Bulk Edit (Feature Request)

It would be great if we could select multiple topics or articles and bulk apply tags to them. Other bulk edits what would be nice to have would be if I could bulk add a snippet or section, bulk add/edit prefixes and suffixes, and other bulk-edit functionality.

Nothing pressing, just nice to have.
