Buildings?

meathead11, do you mean the buildings from chapter 2, that a character purchases, or the buildings from chapter 4, that a kingdom purchases?
 
They're on the Other tab. Make sure you have Ultimate Campaign turned on for this character (if you created this character before you purchased the Ultimate Campaign package, it may not have gotten turned on for this character).
