Bugs in Build 67

Hi guys,
Couple of very simple, non-critical bugs I've found in Build 67 of
army builder.

1) It is possible to add too many effective children via the new
link. In this case I added 11 nobz to the ork warboss's retinue. He
is restricted to between 5 and 10, which meant that AB started at 5,
started decimenting this count at 6 children, and reduced the parent
unit to 0 when their were 10 child, but didn't stop when more than 10
where added. I've got a temporary work around using exclusion groups
on children, but I think this is a general problem.

2) Duplicating units with effective models reduces the parent units
size by one. I have a unit of skarboyz with 19 boyz in the parent
unit, plus one nob as an effective child unit of the squad. When this
unit is duplicated the cloned unit has 18 boyz, plus the nob.

3) As a general UI change, I'd move the duplicate unit away from the
delete unit in the pop-up menu. The wording is fairly similar and the
text is about the same length so that it's possible to confuse one for
the other with a cursory glance.
